OUR
APPROACH

Before working with a client for the first time, we always visit the workplace. During the initial meeting, we will identify your requirements, discussing in detail what you can expect from OMS and specifically what requirements our operators must meet. We will identify your needs, wishes, conditions and any company-specific requirements, including safety requirements. We invest a lot of time and effort into getting to know our clients and of course, our candidates. As our client, you can decide to outsource all of the process to us or just part of it.

Flexible service
OMS has a pool of experienced oil movement operators. Generally speaking, you can expect to have an experienced movement operator on site within 48 hours. Do you need someone sooner? Of course, we’ll do our utmost to help you! Our oil movement operators have all the required qualifications. What’s more, they will bring their own PPE, so they can get started right away.

Contact and communication guarantee continuity
We aim to build a long-lasting and firm relationships with both the employer and the employee based on equality in order to establish a durable business relationship. Because no matter how well we try to do our best every day, mistakes will occasionally occur. We believe that a cooperation only succeeds if all parties (our client, the oil movement operator and OMS) are satisfied.

We communicate with many of our employees on a weekly basis and we regularly contact our clients. This personal contact allows us to keep an eye on working situations on an ongoing basis. If necessary, we will provide our clients with feedback. In short, we have our finger on the pulse, and this allows us to resolve issues or iron out any wrinkles before they become a problem.

NBBU and qualifications
OMS has been a member of the Dutch Association of Recruitment and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU) since 1 March 2013. Our NBBU membership is your guarantee that you are dealing with a qualified and reliable agency. Read more about our vision on safety and the necessary qualifications
