In other words, at times when there is peak in demand of the client’s own operators. The deployment of OMS operators is tailored to the workload and the manpower requirement. This flexibility reduces the amount of overtime and the hiring of operators runs measurably in line with the workload. The OMS operators rotate through the client’s own teams and therefore get to know the entire business. This also has the important advantage of preventing fixed patterns.
