At OMS we dedicate much time in getting to know our clients and candidates. It would be unthinkable for us to propose a candidate without having screened them thoroughly first. With clients we conduct preliminary talks to clarify the function profile. We also undertake workplace assessments. All this means you are only provided with candidates which fully meet your requirements, which match your organization.
